The best floor plans for open-plan living in San Francisco have been on display for years, but now, a new survey from Trulia finds a new wave of buyers, and a new trend: millennials.

Trulia’s study of 5,000 homes in San Diego, Los Angeles and the rest of California finds that millennials are the new buyers of the year, with more than 70% of respondents describing themselves as homeowners or renters in their twenties.

In addition, the median household income among millennials in San Antonio is $60,000, up from $50,000 in 2016.

Trusted Home, a data-mining company that helps homeowners with their property and real estate, says millennials are making their way into the home buying process in new and interesting ways.

“They’re starting to move in and they’re finding that they can live in the home and the house is actually more of a family than it was in the past,” said Mike DeSantis, Trulia vice president of consumer insights.

“The amount of space and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms that they’re choosing to live in is a lot more manageable and more affordable than what we’ve seen for a lot of people in the last couple of years.”

In other words, millennials are moving into homes with more bedrooms and living spaces.

“You can’t really say, ‘Well, we don’t really need more bedrooms or bathrooms,’ ” DeSantes said.

“But, in the case of the houses that we do have, there’s definitely more than the norm.

They’ve been really, really good at taking the time to make sure that everything’s really well-suited for them.” “

There’s just so much more space to choose from.

They’ve been really, really good at taking the time to make sure that everything’s really well-suited for them.”

But if you’re like me, you’re still wondering if your ideal home is right for your lifestyle.

I’ve been asking for a home to buy since I was in college, so here are a few of the things I’d like to know: How do I choose my dream house?

When it comes to choosing a home, millennials like to live close to their work, friends and other family members, said DeSantsons.

And for a new home buyer, that means you want to live a “very walkable” lifestyle in the area you’re moving into.

“What we’ve found is that when you’re in a place like San Francisco, San Diego or L.A., you tend to have an area of great walkability,” he said.

So if you are looking for a house with a lot less space, DeSantises suggests you move closer to your work and friends.

“If you live in an area with a great walkable walkability, you want that, too, because it helps you feel more comfortable, which will translate into a more stable property,” he added.

What do I need to do to get started?

Trulia says the average price of a home is $5.7 million, so you may be better off buying a home you can afford than one you can’t afford.

“Most people will not be able to afford that kind of mortgage payment,” DeSanto said.

And so, if you do want to buy a home and don’t want to move, De Santis suggests a couple of things: You should start with a house that you can actually live in.

You should also consider a different style of living.

For example, if it’s a traditional house, you should consider a larger house with extra living space and amenities like a pool, a sauna or a gym, De Santisons said.

If you’re looking for something a little more modern, like an older house, the Trulia survey found that 70% preferred the more spacious and spacious home of a single-family home.

“That might not be the best of all worlds for everyone,” De Santisos said.

But if your goals are the same as those of others, you might consider a two- or three-bedroom house with multiple bedrooms.

And if you need a more open layout, De Santos recommends choosing a larger home that has fewer bedrooms and a lot fewer bathrooms.

“A lot of the people that I know who are buying a house are not going to live like a middle-class person,” De Santises said.

Instead, they want to have the space they need and want to own something that’s more accessible to other people, he said, like a shared garage or an outdoor living space.

“I’d be really happy to have a house for $100,000 that’s just an average two-bedroom and a couple bathrooms,” De Santos said.

What else can I do?

To get the most out of your house, De Sanchez recommends choosing an agent to help you select a home for you.

Trussing agent services such as HomeScore and HomeZette are popular online, and Trulia is one of the largest agents in
