The NFL’s health plan may not help the players, but it does help the team, according to head coach Rex Ryan.

The plan will allow players to get free medical tests, including x-rays and MRIs, to monitor for concussions and other health issues that have been linked to head injuries.

Ryan told reporters Wednesday that players’ well-being is not a priority in the organization.

The New York Jets won a Super Bowl last year with a plan similar to the one the Texans are implementing.

The Texans plan has not been implemented.
